Zeroing weight.
Recommended for handling parts, heavy (> 20 kg). Operation fully pneumatic dead weight adjustable. The supply includes the fork and taking a special walker with aluminium prongs.
Local exhaust to VENTURI effect.
Allows dust extraction operation and is fully localized tire. Complete system which conveys the dust on the film of water.

Ceramic sanitary control of medium / small in a vacuum.
Spray booth
Allows the spray of the pieces in operator safety and the environment. Made entirely of stainless steel. IT has two rotors, one of which is occupied by the piece to be sprayed while the other supports the other, already glazed, left to dry.
The module consists of:
- Group filtering water film.
- Group filter cascade.
- Group drops breaker.
- System pumping water filtration to the recovery.
- Group of pneumatic valves for activating water filters and switching on washing filters.
- Fan aspiring low-noise.
- Zone work with diffuser inlet air flow adjustment and fringes drops chicane to limit the intake of the enamel.
- Tank water recovery.
- Walker with wheel and belt drive for rotating work pieces.
- System of lighting from both sides to minimize shadows.
- Group tire designed to power the spray group (not included), electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
Zeroing weight.
Recommended for handling parts, heavy (> 20 kg). Operation fully adjustable pneumatic dead weight. The provision includes a socket and forks with tines special aluminium walker.
Spray Kit.
Consisting of manual spray gun leading brand and pump power enamel with stabilizer flow membrane.
Permitted Uses.
Spatter ware or any piece with water-based glazes in a vacuum. Suitable pieces of small / medium.
Tape polished
The machine is achieved in the form of sponge tape rotating system equipped with washing and wringing.
The module consists of:
- Structure metal protected from corrosion, having to work in contact with water.
- Self-aligning roller motor plastic (polyethylene HD) and idle roller pipe.
- Motors (optional variable speed mechanical or electrical).
- Tape and covered with perforated rubber wear special sponge.
- Tensioner function of washing by immersion.
- Adjustable roller wringer.
- Staff shaped pieces of block progress, Electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.

Cleaning of ceramic enamel of any form with high quality expectations.
Siphon glazing
The machine consists of a collection tank and a system of tipping enamel pieces with normal equipment operation. A request is made at one or two jobs. That single favours flexibility that goes double for the economy.
The module consists of:
- Stainless steel tank with enamel and circulation pump filtration system.
- Group support piece with locking.
- System tire rotation of the workpiece (on demand for hydraulic movements very sweet), Electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
