Plaster preparation plant
Prepares appropriate mixtures by pouring water / plaster perfectly degassed and homogenized.
The module consists of:
- Tank into PVC for the preparation placed on metal stand with wheels and driving.
- Dosing system of water and plaster full of pneumatic valves.
- Power System plaster dust by suction socket screw with predisposition.
- Hopper transit for deposit of gypsum.
- Bell degassing with propeller stirrer with variable speed rubber cover spray.
- Pneumatic System lifting of the bell with a security arrest.
- System for generating vacuum pump vane with oil injection or similar.
- Electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
Truck moving tank plaster.
On request we can provide trucks handling thrust system of taking plastic tubs complete with metal stand. Include a hydraulic lifting system with hand pump pedals and a tilting system with manual gearbox worm. The same truck can be supplied with electrical battery versione translation for lifting.

Slow stirrer
Maintains suspension mixtures with a tendency to separate or settle. Made of stainless steel. The rotation speed is standard for the material maintained in suspension. The same applies to the type of blades that can be linear (for relatively homogeneous materials) or rakes (when there is strong variation of homogeneity and low level). May, on request be supplied without a tank, suitable for steel tanks or concrete.
The module consists of:
- Stainless steel tank.
- System support on the ground or raised.
- Group of engine long life, suitable for intensive work h24.
- Covers with inspection doors.
- Aaxis flanged blade holders into stainless steel.
- Steel blades with holes to reduce resistance.
- Safety switches.
- Exhaust vents with shutters (number and section on request) electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
- Optional: inverter for speed control and minimize consumption.
Load cells and pre-setting display.
Recommended for tanks above ground needs weight and density control
Includes a weighing system with four cells and precision combined with viewer control Ultrasonic level to evaluate the volume.

Turbo blunger
Dissolves very quickly inhomogeneous mixtures of water and materials. The rotation speed is standard for the material to melt. Mounted turbines and stators to wear steel. The same goes for the bowl is made of wear resistant steel of adequate thickness, plus the tapered bottom.
The module consists of:
- Wear steel bowl with breakwater.
- System support on the ground or raised.
- Group of engine long life, suitable for intensive work.
- Covers with inspection doors.
- Stator and rotor turbine removable steel wear.
- Seven internal debris shield with external exhaust.
- Safety switches on lids.
- Exhaust vents with shutters (number and section on request) electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
- Optional: inverter for speed control and minimize consumption.
Load cells and pre-setting display.
Recommended for above ground pools with weight control needs. Includes a weighing system with four cells and precision viewer to load the desired mixture. The provision also includes the viewer with the pre-setting of the weight, also useful for determining the fluidity of water.
Permitted Uses.
Rapid melting of mixtures with a tendency to settle.
Electromagnet
Separate the magnetic ferrous fraction from the mixture produced junk. Available with flow pressure (preferable) or fall (not recommended). Made entirely of stainless steel parts in contact with the liquid. Works in current produced by the control panel and transformer rectifier within content.
The module consists of:
- Casing with copper winding.
- Core internal magnetic. Electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
- Optional: electrical instruments for assessing their efficiency.

Deferrization mixtures of dough and glaze.
Vibrating screens
Separate the sieve fraction from the mixture produced junk. Available with one or two networks and networks of varying permeability. The speed of rotation of the vibrator is controlled mechanically by a pair of eccentric masses or electric inverter. Made entirely of stainless steel parts in contact with the liquid.
The module consists of:
- Support ground with or without wheels.
- Adjustable vibrating Group.
- Frame round with mud discharge side.
- Ring network with pre-tensioned.
- Any second round frame with mud discharge side.
- Any second ring with pre-tensioned network. Electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
- Optional: inverter for speed control and minimize consumption.
Group static magnets.
Available to be mounted to the discharge of the sieve. Type permanent magnets with high flux neodymium magnet cone or less performance but cheaper.

Treatment of mixtures of dough and glaze materials side.
Mills
Used to grind hard materials in different size or mixing between different materials. Use non-abrasive material coating and fillers (silica or rubber). Complete with all necessary security.
The module consists of:
- Supporting legs.
- First cylinder mill with lid loading, unloading and cover with inspection door hatch.
- Coating wear.
- Loading milling.
- Tachometer with predetermined.
- Group Water filling valve.
- Group air intake to exhaust.
- Drain pump compressed air (optional).
- Motors with brake system.
- Protection perimeter with electric door with security electric control panel, protection and control with keyboard touch human machine interface.
